Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy - Oxyecom

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
   By engaging with Oxyecom for any digital services, the client automatically agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy:
   Oxyecom does not offer refunds for any digital services provided. All sales are final.

3. Contractual Agreements:
   In the presence of a separate contract between Oxyecom and the client, the terms and conditions specified in that contract shall supersede any conflicting terms mentioned in this document.

4. Project Termination:
   Oxyecom reserves the right to terminate any project or client engagement without providing reasons. Termination does not entitle the client to any refunds or compensation.

5. Client Obligations:
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and approvals necessary for project completion. Failure to do so may result in project delays, and Oxyecom is not liable for any such delays.

6. Intellectual Property:
   All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, for any digital content or materials developed by Oxyecom remain the exclusive property of Oxyecom unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   Oxyecom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its digital services.

8. No Chargebacks:
   Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for any payments made to Oxyecom. Any attempt to do so may result in legal action.

9. Modification of Terms:
   Oxyecom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms regularly.

10. Dispute Resolution:
   In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. Any legal action initiated by the client against Oxyecom is subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the location where Oxyecom is registered.

11. Client Acknowledgment:
   Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy before engaging in any business with Oxyecom.

12. Governing Law:
   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Oxyecom is registered.

By continuing to work with Oxyecom, the client implicitly agrees to all the terms outlined on this page. Oxyecom holds the right to enforce these terms and conditions in any legal proceedings.
